After you complete a travel intake form, we’ll have a short call to discuss your trip, during which I can get to know you and your travel preferences.

Agreement & Fee
Once you’re ready to move forward and pay the planning fee (if applicable), I’ll add your dates to my client calendar and start working on your custom trip proposal.

Let’s get your dream trip planned! First, I’ll use my expertise and your preferences to design a personalized itinerary. With access to a wide range of resources and a trusted network of global partners, I’ll craft the perfect itinerary for you.

Collaborate
Let’s collaborate and create something amazing! I’ll provide you with various itinerary options and we can make changes until you’re completely satisfied. After your acceptance, I’ll secure your chosen bookings on your behalf.

Details & Finishing Touches
Once reserved, I will advise on deposits due, deadlines, insurance, and provide documentation. I’ll also present options for extras such as dining, spa, etc. I’ll craft a final, personalized itinerary to share as both a PDF and Mobile App. You will receive a final version of your itinerary 10-14 days prior to your trip.
